ClassBet Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and ClassBet ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing classbet.ws, creating an account, depositing funds or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

ClassBet reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage all players to check this page periodically so they are always aware of the current rules governing their ClassBet account.

2 Eligibility

To register and use ClassBet, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ClassBet operates a strict 18+ policy and will request age verification documents from any player at any time.
• You must be a real individual person. Corporate accounts, automated registrations and accounts operated by bots are strictly prohibited.

• You must not currently be under a self-exclusion agreement with ClassBet or any other gaming platform where a shared exclusion scheme applies.
• You must not be an employee, contractor or close family member of a ClassBet employee.

ClassBet may request identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if suspicious activity is detected on an account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration

One Account Rule

Every player is permitted to hold exactly one ClassBet account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using your own details, another person's details or fabricated information — is a serious breach of these Terms. ClassBet actively monitors for duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts without returning balances if this rule is violated.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering your ClassBet account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number and Pakistani bank or mobile wallet details. Providing false information to obtain a ClassBet account or bonus is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Security

Your ClassBet login credentials are your responsibility. You must not share your username or password with anyone. ClassBet will never ask for your password via email, SMS or live chat. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact ClassBet support immediately. You are responsible for all activity on your account until you report any unauthorised access.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit on ClassBet is Rs 500. Deposits are credited to your ClassBet balance in real time for most payment methods.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals from ClassBet must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless ClassBet support approves an alternative in writing. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals on fully verified accounts are typically processed within minutes. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may experience delays. ClassBet reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.

5 Betting Rules

Placing Bets

All bets placed on ClassBet are binding once confirmed. A bet is confirmed when the ClassBet system displays a bet confirmation message and assigns a unique bet reference number. You must ensure your stake and selection are correct before confirming — ClassBet does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation except in the specific circumstances described below.

Bet Settlement

ClassBet settles bets according to the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority (for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL matches, FIFA for football). In the event of ambiguity, ClassBet's decision on settlement is final after review. Winnings are credited to your ClassBet balance automatically upon settlement.

Void Bets

ClassBet may void a bet in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the odds were published in error due to a technical fault; the bet was placed after the event result was known (late betting); or there is clear evidence of fraudulent activity associated with the bet. In all void cases, the original stake is returned to the player's ClassBet balance.

In-Play Betting

In-play bets on ClassBet are subject to slight delays in acceptance to prevent exploitation of delayed broadcasts. ClassBet reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time if there is a concern about data integrity or unusual betting patterns.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ClassBet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made. The general bonus rules below apply to all ClassBet promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

• Bonus funds and free bets are credited to your ClassBet bonus balance, not your cash balance, until the applicable wagering requirement is met.
• A standard wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount applies unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed and used within the timeframe stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• ClassBet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if it believes the offer was claimed in bad faith, through multiple accounts or by exploiting a technical error.
• Cashback bonuses are calculated on net losses only (total losses minus total winnings in the qualifying period) and are credited as bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• Only one active bonus can be used at a time on a ClassBet account unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

7 Casino and Live Games

ClassBet's casino and live dealer sections — including Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, Live Blackjack and Jackpot Slots — are governed by these general Terms and by the specific rules of each individual game. Game rules are accessible within each game interface on the ClassBet platform.

Game Integrity

All slot games on ClassBet use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. All live dealer tables use physical cards or wheels operated by trained dealers in professionally supervised studios. ClassBet does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Disconnection Policy

If you are disconnected from a live dealer game or slot during a round, ClassBet's system will complete the round automatically according to the game's rules. Wagers already placed at the time of disconnection remain valid and will be settled normally. ClassBet accepts no liability for losses incurred due to connectivity issues that are outside the platform's control.

Jackpot Rules

Progressive jackpots on ClassBet accumulate from a percentage of real money wagers placed by eligible players. Jackpots cannot be won using bonus funds. A jackpot win is subject to identity verification before payment is processed. ClassBet reserves the right to withhold jackpot payment pending full account verification.

8 Responsible Gaming

ClassBet is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. Gaming is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity. When it stops being fun and starts causing financial or personal harm, it has become a problem that ClassBet takes seriously.

Deposit Limits

All ClassBet players can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period. This is to prevent impulsive decisions in the heat of a losing session.

Self-Exclusion

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ClassBet and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using another person's identity or payment details to register or transact on ClassBet
• Placing bets with knowledge of an event result (late betting or match-fixing exploitation)
• Coordinated betting with other players to exploit bonuses or arbitrage ClassBet odds

• Attempting to exploit technical errors, pricing mistakes or system vulnerabilities
• Money laundering or using ClassBet to disguise the source of funds
• Abusive, threatening or offensive behaviour toward ClassBet staff or other players
• Providing false information to obtain a bonus or avoid identity verification

10 Privacy and Data

ClassBet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By creating a ClassBet account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Minor changes — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect the substance of any clause — may be made without advance notification. If you continue to use ClassBet after any changes to these Terms are posted, you are agreeing to the updated Terms.
